Terms and Conditions for Las Vegas E-Bike Tour

1. Eligibility and Physical Requirements

Age Requirement: All operators of electric bicycles must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid government-issued photo ID.

Physical Ability: Participants must be confident in their ability to operate a bicycle. If a participant cannot demonstrate basic riding proficiency during the pre-tour orientation, the tour may be cancelled for that individual without a refund.

Health Warranty: Participants certify that they have no physical or mental condition that would make it unsafe for them to operate an e-bike. Pregnant guests are prohibited from riding due to fall risks.

2. Compliance with 2026 Local Laws

Sidewalk Prohibition: Per Clark County Ordinance (May 2021/2025) and Las Vegas City Code (October 2025), it is strictly prohibited to ride e-bikes on sidewalks within the "Resort Corridor" (the Strip) and the Fremont Street Experience (Main to Seventh Streets).

Speed Limits: Riders must adhere to the 15 mph speed limit in all county and city parks and recreational areas.

Traffic Laws: E-bikes are classified as "motorized bicycles" in Nevada. Riders have the same rights and duties as motor vehicle drivers and must obey all traffic signals and stop signs.

3. Safety and Equipment

Helmets: Helmets are provided and mandatory for all riders for the duration of the tour, regardless of age.

Reckless Behavior: Stunts, wheelies, racing, or "clinging" to other vehicles are strictly prohibited.

Safety Gear: Our bikes are equipped with the legally required bell/horn, front white light, and rear red reflectors. Tampering with safety equipment is grounds for immediate tour termination.

4. Liability and Fines

Personal Responsibility: The participant is solely responsible for any civil infractions or fines incurred during the tour. This includes the $150 minimum fine for riding on prohibited sidewalks or exceeding park speed limits.

Waiver of Liability: A signed Release and Waiver of Liability is required before departure. lasvegasebiketour.com is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or death resulting from the inherent risks of cycling.

Equipment Damage: The participant is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement for any damage to the e-bike beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Sobriety and Conduct

Zero Tolerance: Any participant suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, marijuana (including legal recreational use), or illegal drugs will be denied participation. Las Vegas E-Bike Tour reserves the right to terminate a tour for any rider behaving in a way that endangers themselves or others. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time.

Weather Policy: Tours operate in most conditions. If extreme weather (high winds over 30mph or lightning) occurs, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund at our discretion.

Late Arrivals: Tours depart on schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your booking will be marked as a "No Show" and is non-refundable.
